HOW DOES THE SECURITY BOND WORK?

Once your booking request has been approved and you have booked your campsite we require payment of a security bond of $100 per tent to lock in your requested dates. The security bond is separate to the hire fee and is fully refundable within 7 days providing all our goods are returned in original condition.

DO I NEED TO MAKE A BOOKING AT THE CAMPSITE & IS THIS PRICE SEPERATE?

Yes you will need to book your own campsite and pay this separately. Have a look at our suggested places and feel free to ask us for any other information on sites.

HOW MUCH SPACE ARE REQUIRED FOR THE TENTS?

Our 4m bell tents require a minimum of 6m x 6m of flat, preferably grassed area.
Our 5m bell tents require a minimum of 7m x 7m of flat, preferably grassed area.
If you are unsure, please ask us.

WHAT TIMES CAN I EXPECT SET UP AND PACKDOWN?

On private properties we would love to be there as early as possible, that way we are not setting up in the heat or the dark. We are early birds but understand that people may want a sleep in. IF we can start a pack down at 10am, this would be much appreciated.
With most campsites we are restricted on their check in and check out times, so we will have to abide by them. Please inform us if there are time restraints.

IS THE DELIVERY COST SEPARATE?

Yes, our delivery cost is based on the distance from Perth CBD to your Glamping location. If you are planning a large event outside of our parameters, please contact us.

0-25km = $25
26- 50km = $75
51- 100km = $150
101-150km = $ 225
151-200km =$300

CAN I BOOK A PACKAGE FOR 1 NIGHT?

Yes, if you are within the 50km radius of Perth cdb.

With bookings outside of this zone you are more than happy to stay for one night. The two night hire charge will still apply.
