HOW DOES THE SECURITY BOND WORK?

A refundable security bond of $100 per tent and deposit of 25% of the total tent hire fee is required to secure your booking date and tents.

 

Your security bond is refundable within 15 days after your event provided all our equipment is returned in original hire condition.

 

If you cancel your booking, the deposit is 100% refunded outside of 90 days prior to the booking but non-refundable 89 days or less prior to your booking date.

DO I NEED TO MAKE A BOOKING AT THE CAMPSITE & IS THIS PRICE SEPERATE?

Yes. We at Nomadika only provide you with Glamping equipment and accommodation. Our package rates do not include any camping or site fees payable for your booked location. Please contact the administration of your campground to make appropriate payments and arrangements. You are responsible for obtaining any required permits for the use of space.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED FOR THE TENTS?

Our 4m bell tents require a minimum of 6m x 6m of flat, preferably grassy area.
Our 5m bell tents require a minimum of 7m x 7m of flat, preferably grassy area.

If you will be camping on hard ground, please advise us well in advance. In certain circumstances we can accommodate your request, however only for a few tents. If you are unsure, please ask us.

WHAT TIMES CAN I EXPECT SET UP AND PACKDOWN?

On private properties we would love to be there as early as possible, that way we are not setting up in the heat or the dark. We are early birds but understand that people may want a sleep in. Our preferred pack down timing is 9:30 am, however please consult with us if you want to stay for longer.

Most campsites are restricted on their check in and check out times, so we will have to abide by them. Please inform us if there are time restraints on your campsite.

IS THE DELIVERY COST SEPARATE?

The cost for delivery is 55cents per KM based on Google Maps, from Dianella 6059. This cost is an additional to the tent hire.

WHAT IF I AM PLANNING A LARGE EVENT?

We can provide up to 15 x 4m bell tents and up to 5 x large 5m tents for your event. Accommodation can be up to 4 people per 4m tent and 6 people per 5m tent. However, when planning a large event, please use the ‘Contact Us’ link at the top of the page and get in touch with us to see how we may be able to assist you.
