We can accommodate a wide range of events across Western Australia, from small private celebrations to large-scale glamping villages with dozens of tents.

Our glamping setups are ideal for weddings, festivals, corporate events, retreats, family camps, birthdays and private events. We can also provide accommodation for sporting events, group getaways and multi-day celebrations.

With up to 50 tents available, we can create anything from a small five-tent setup to a complete glamping village, including optional communal lounge and dressing tents, shade tents, festoon lighting and lawn games. We take care of the setup and pack-down, and can manage individual guest bookings and payments for larger events.

Our Bell Tents can accommodate up to 4 guests, depending on the bed configuration.

Available configurations include:

• 1–2 guests: 1 Queen bed or 2 Single beds

• 3 guests: 1 Queen + 1 Single, or 3 Singles

• 4 guests: 2 Queen beds or 4 Single beds

Our larger 5m Premium Bell Tents are recommended for families and groups as they provide more room for additional beds, luggage and furnishings. This is consistent with typical furnished 5m bell-tent capacity, where four guests can be accommodated comfortably.

Additional beds can be added for $50 each.

Our glamping experience includes everything needed for a comfortable stay, with all tents professionally delivered, set up and packed down by our team.

Depending on the package selected, amenities can include:

• Comfortable queen or single beds with bedding for two guests

• Blankets, pillows and linen

• Rugs and floor coverings

• Bedside tables and lanterns

• Internal and external lighting

• Chairs and additional furnishings

• Decorative styling throughout the tent

• Raised beds and thicker mattresses in our Premium tents

• Additional beds for larger groups and families

• Optional heating or fans depending on the event and power availability

For larger glamping villages, we can also provide communal amenities such as a Dressing / Lounge Tent with lounges, mirrors, device charging, tables and lawn games, plus festoon lighting and shade tents.

Toilets and showers aren’t normally included within the individual glamping package, but we can help coordinate portable toilet and shower facilities for events where they’re required.

Our bookings require a minimum of 5 tents, with a 25% deposit based on the number of tents reserved to secure your event date and tent allocation.

For larger events, we can create a personalised booking page where guests choose their glamping package, bed configuration and extras, and pay us directly.

Our group booking cancellation policy is:

• More than 6 months before the event: deposit is 100% refundable

• More than 3 months before the event: 50% of the deposit is refundable

• Less than 3 months before the event: deposit is non-refundable

A refundable $500 security bond is also required and is returned after the event, provided there is no damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

All secured tents must be fully paid before setup. Guest cancellations do not change the organiser’s minimum booking commitment or the number of tents secured under the original agreement.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weddings, festivals and larger events where you may require a significant number of tents.

A minimum of 5 tents can be secured with a 25% deposit, which reserves your event date and those tents. You can then share your personalised booking page with guests so they can book and pay for their accommodation directly.

For larger glamping villages, we recommend securing your booking 6–12 months in advance where possible, especially during our busier spring and autumn event seasons. Guest bookings themselves often start filling in the final few months leading up to the event.

We have up to 50 tents available, but availability is shared across events, so booking early gives you the best opportunity to secure the number of tents you’re expecting.

Most of the essentials are already provided, so you only need to bring your personal belongings and anything you’d normally take for an overnight stay.

We recommend bringing:

• Towels and toiletries

• Comfortable clothing and warm layers for the evening

• Suitable footwear for the property or event

• Sunscreen, hat and insect repellent

• A small torch for walking around at night

• Phone charger or power bank

• Any food and drinks required for your stay

• A small padlock if you’d like to secure your tent while unattended

Your glamping package includes your bed, bedding, pillows, blankets, lighting and furnishings, so there’s no need to bring your own camping equipment.

For individual events, we’ll also provide any event-specific information before check-in, including details about power, bathrooms, parking and other facilities available at the venue.

The deposit and security bond serve two different purposes.

The deposit secures your event date and reserves the agreed number of tents specifically for your booking. Once those tents are allocated to your event, we may need to turn away other bookings for the same dates. The deposit also allows us to begin planning your glamping village and create your personalised guest booking page.

The $500 security bond is separate and is held to cover any damage, missing items or excessive cleaning during the event. It is fully refundable after pack-down once all tents, furnishings and equipment have been checked and everything is returned in good condition.

In simple terms, the deposit secures your booking, while the bond protects the equipment during your stay.

Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 pm, with check-out by 10:00 am.

Check-in times can vary slightly depending on the venue or event requirements. For some venues, check-in may be from 3:00 pm.

Your tent will be fully set up and ready before you arrive, so all you need to do is check in, drop your bags and enjoy your stay.

We’ll confirm the exact check-in location, times and any event-specific instructions with guests before the event.

Setup time depends on the number of tents and the size of your glamping village.

For smaller bookings of around 5–10 tents, we can generally complete the setup on the morning of check-in, with everything ready by approximately 2:00 pm.

For larger glamping villages, we’ll usually begin setting up the day before your guests arrive. This gives our team plenty of time to set up, furnish and style each tent and make sure the entire village is ready for check-in.

For very large events, setup may take 2–3 days depending on the number of tents, location and any additional inclusions such as lounge tents, shade tents or festoon lighting.

We’ll coordinate setup times directly with you and the venue, so there’s nothing you need to do before your guests arrive.

• 4m Bell Tent: allow approximately 6m × 6m of clear, level space

• 5m Bell Tent: allow approximately 7m × 7m of clear, level space

This additional space allows for guy ropes, pegs, safe access around each tent and comfortable pathways between guests.

For larger glamping villages, we’ll work with you and the venue to determine the best layout. The site should ideally be flat, grassed and accessible by vehicle, with enough clearance for tent ropes and pegs.

Simply share the booking link with your guests through your wedding website, invitations, group chat or event page. From there, guests can:

• Choose their preferred glamping package

• Select the number of guests staying

• Choose their bed configuration

• Add any available extras

• Enter their details and pay for their tent directly

Once booked, we take care of the rest, including payments, guest enquiries, tent allocations and accommodation details. This means you don’t need to collect money or coordinate individual tent bookings yourself.

You can also choose to pay for some or all of the accommodation yourself, or use your initial deposit to subsidise the cost for your guests.
